Our dream of putting together a website that entails all the sights, sounds, scents, culture and style of the West would not be complete without "Rustlin' Up Some Grub".
We searched for 2 YEARS for a purveyor of exotic meats, such as buffalo and elk in the form of jerky, sausage, steaks, roasts, burgers, etc. that was able and willing to market their products on the internet.
One day Dave got the idea to try a local search again. He opened up the phone book and came across a listing that said "Cascade Creek Custom Sausage, Custom Cutting With Your Health In Mind".
Dave immediately called the number and got hold of Victor. Dave explained we were setting up a website and were interested in carrying specialty meats, smoked meats, jerky, elk, buffalo, etc. I could hear Victor tell him that he made everything we were looking for and MUCH MORE!

This prime rib comes vacuum sealed and ready to pop into the oven! Cook it at 130 degrees. Then let it sit for 10 minutes till blood stops flowing before slicing and seving.
